You Get What You Pay For
The old saying always holds true, no matter what you are buying. In this case, it was a 2TB external hard drive with weights inside to simulate a hard drive and a thumb drive which provided a USB slot. The customer bought this from a tech mall in Singapore and they just could not get the drive to work once they got it home. Well, he opened it up and realized why it wasn't working. There was nothing but junk inside. He took it back to the store, and the store says it was a demo unit. Hmmm... honest mix up or got caught scheming?
When it comes to duplication and wiping equipment, you still get what you pay for. We recently had clients from a large corporation realize they bought duplication equipment that just would not meet their needs for their application. The drives they were duplicating needed to be exact copies, and while they used the lower end duplicators which were meant for simple consumer backups, the copies just would not work. After purchasing our professional duplication equipment, they came to realize that you get what you pay for. Although our solutions may be higher cost, the results are exactly what professional customers require.
