Shipping Cutoff Time
Majority hardware products will be shipped out same day if order processed by 3pm EST, Mon – Fri excluding holidays. If after 3pm EST, same day shipping is case by case basis.
If the purchase includes multiple items, shipment will wait until all items are in stock before shipping, unless requested in multiple shipments by the purchaser. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Additional Shipping Information
Ground shipments may be sent via UPS and / or USPS. Domestic express will be sent via UPS. International shipments will be sent via UPS or DHL. FedEx can also be used for shipments if requested.
Customers can also provide their own shipping account or labels if preferred. Shipping charges will be waived.
Hardware will be shipped from our office in California unless specified otherwise.
Orders qualifying for Free Shipping will be identified with “Free Shipping”. If you select a shipping method other than ground, shipping charges will apply.
